The residence was uniquely designed by the award-winning architect Jacob Hocking of CTX, and it is a pleasing combination of traditional Bermudan architecture and contemporary modern design. The brand-new three-bedroom home is designed to bring the outdoors in and features natural water views, an expansive veranda, and an open floor plan. The fluid design and retractable folding doors permit the gentle island breeze to circulate ceaselessly throughout the entire residence. A stay of at least one week is recommended for complete relaxation and enjoyment of Oswego Island. The folding glass walls are the most inviting and distinctive feature of the Oswego cottage because they fold back entirely, allowing the interior to blend seamlessly with the outdoor porch area. This finishing touch is ideal for outdoor entertaining or allowing fresh air to circulate throughout the residence.
