Welcome to Over Yonder Cay, the epitome of luxury and seclusion. Four uniquely designed villas, each with private beaches and breathtaking views, can accommodate up to thirty guests. Formerly a remote fishing outpost, the island has been transformed into a one-of-a-kind eco-friendly haven for those in search of authentic and eco-friendly barefoot luxury. Rates for renting the entire island include access to all of its extensive amenities, activities, and facilities. The rental of the entire island guarantees complete privacy and the undivided attention of our highly trained staff. Over Yonder Cay is powered by an advanced renewable energy system consisting of three wind turbines and a 1.5-acre solar field. The private marina with deep water can accommodate multiple yachts with a maximum length of 150 feet (45 meters) and a draft of 12 feet (3.6 meters). The marina and clubhouse are exclusively available to island guests. We have both floating and fixed docks that can accommodate our entire fleet at protected berths. The Beach Club is the ideal gathering spot for lunch, sundowners by the large saltwater infinity pool, or simply lounging in the shade of the palms. Evenings, it is a fantastic party venue with surround-sound speakers, a DJ station, a solid dance floor, a bar, and beachfront access. The Watersports cabana is located on the beach in front of the Beach Club and features an extensive assortment of wind and water sports equipment.
